If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@robertvalley-massiveswerve@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

We work with high-quality production partners (BoardPusher, Printful, and FinerWorks) to create and ship our merchandise. All products are made to order.

Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Return Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can investigate with our vendor and resolve it quickly.

Return addresses vary depending on the item and manufacturer (BoardPusher, Printful, FinerWorks). We will confirm the correct return location once your request is approved.
